This morning I spoke to a founder who's been in business for almost 30 years, built a very successful venture. Yet like the rest of us, he's uncertain about certain things. He's not sure he has the credibility when it comes to certain areas of executing his business, even after 30 years of doing it. And so we talked about what credibility actually is. It's not just being the subject matter expert. But it's also how we talk, how we act, what we portray when we are with people that see us or judge us for our credibility on a topic. So it's not just knowing everything about it. It's also how we communicate it, our body language, and the other things around sending that message into the world. Credibility is many things. It's not just knowing. It's also how you communicate the knowing.
