One of the fastest ways to destroy company culture is to say one thing and do something else, right? So if you tell your team, hey, we're going to do this thing in this way, and then your own behavior or the priorities that you put forth afterwards are different, causes confusion. And people are like, well, who's steering the ship? Where are we going? What, what should I believe? So if you want to keep and maintain a strong culture, You do what you say you're going to do, and you do it in a manner that's respectful and caring for the people on your team.
