Ralph Emerson said, don't waste yourself in rejection. Don't bark at the bad, but chant at the good. And interpreted to modern-day life, I think it's about the fact that we will get rejected. We will get people turning us down. We will also have bad things happen to us. But rather than focusing on those things and being upset about it for at least too long, we should try and chant the good, and try and be focused on the positive things that are also happening in our life. So, on a Sunday morning, if that's you, just an encouragement to chant the good, rather than waste yourself on rejection, or bark at the bad.
