Chapters
For years, I got my energy from working, working with the team, partners, raising money from investors, whatever I needed to do. That's where I charged my batteries. That was what kept me going until I started taking more time off. And I realized that being in the woodshed or being in nature or being somewhere else with my kid, that's what really gave me energy. But I think that a good way to think about it is where do you get energy and where do you consume energy? And then do those things in a measured manner so that you have energy for all the things that you want to do in your life.
