One of the most successful people I know just shared how he was struggling with his business. Nothing worked like it used to. Botched product launch. Questioning the why and the how. And mind you, this is a guy who's made his money, right? He's sold million-dollar companies. He's lauded in the media as one of the founders to watch. Everybody thinks that everything that he does turns to gold. But obviously it doesn't. And so he was struggling with this question yesterday, and I had to remind him that it happens to all of us. I've built 6 companies, hired 300+ people, and I guarantee you one of the reasons I don't have hair is at myriad occasions I had no idea what was going on. I had no idea how we were going to survive, and I felt like giving up, but I didn't. And so if you're struggling in your business or in life, just keep going. It will turn out for the better.
