Protecting your energy when you're always on is super important. For some of us, protecting the energy means to spend more time alone, spend more time outside nature, working out, whatever the activity is that is something that charges our energy and gives us energy. But I think for most of us, it's a reminder that we cannot always be on. Typically, I talk about like an engine going at 8,000. RPMs, so rounds per minute. It can't do that forever, it will break down. So just like an engine on a plane or in a car or somewhere else, it has to go up and it has to go down. So if you're always on, put in pauses, 30 minutes every single day where you come back down, either by a little bit of meditation, a little bit of alone time, certainly time without screen and without people, and that will help you manage your energy if you're always on.
