Peter walks through his coaching process: a discovery call to check fit, then weekly one-hour sessions that start with personal habits and shift toward leadership and colleague dynamics. Most clients see strong results within a few months, then move to monthly check-ins.

I'm often asked, how does it work? So how does it work to work with somebody like me? So basically what happens, the first step is I do like a discovery call. So we get to know each other a little bit and I learn about whether or not we're the right fit. If we are, the second thing that happens is you agree to work with me and I then send you a client intake questionnaire, which has a bunch of questions, a lot of them very personal. That allows me to get in deep a little bit about who you are and what's going on in your life. And then we start meeting regularly. Typically, we meet once a week for an hour. In the beginning, it's very much talking about the questionnaire and their background. And then over time, it evolves to working on 2 or 3 themes that are key and relevant to you to improve on. Typically, we start with a bunch of personal stuff because this is around habit change and who you are as an individual. And then we transition into more professional stuff. Who are you as a leader and as a colleague? And that's basically it. That's how it works. We typically see very good results within the first couple of months, and then post that, we tend to meet maybe once a month, every other month, depending on what your needs are. I hope this was helpful. Let me know if you have any questions. I'd be happy to answer any and all of them. Thank you, Peter.
