For remote teams close by, meet quarterly or more. Global teams should aim for every four to six months. Bringing everyone together for work and socializing builds stronger relationships and pays off long-term.
Well, I think some of that depends on where in the world you are, but if we're assuming that you are in a relatively close proximity geographically, I'd argue once a quarter at least, maybe even more frequently than that if at all possible. And obviously, if you're spread all over the world, that might be difficult, so maybe once every 6 months or once every 4 or 5 months. It's a well-worth investment flying everybody to the same location to spend some time together working, socializing, getting to know one another better. So I'd argue to, to try and do that as frequently as you can and make the investment in doing that. It will pay dividends over time.
