Peter Sorgenfrei reflects on Einstein's idea that intelligence is the ability to change. He contrasts how animals and humans adapt, arguing that stubborn thinking keeps you stuck and that changing your mind is how you get different results.

Albert Einstein said, the measure of intelligence is the ability to change. It sounds like a tough statement, but it's true, isn't it? Animals and how intelligent they are, their ability to change and adapt to environments. And the same thing for humans, right? Are we stubbornly sticking to what we know or what we think we know and the perceptions that we have of the world, or are we actually intelligently using our intelligence Thinking about what we're doing and then changing to do something differently to get a different outcome. A reminder this morning that if there's something you're stuck on or stubborn with, maybe apply that big beautiful brain of yours and your intelligence and see how you can change.
