Peter Sorgenfrei gives a short talk on setting a clear long-term vision and making consistent choices to reach it, even when the path isn't straight.

This video is one of the more simple ones because it's about knowing where you're going. And I'm a big believer that if you have a clear vision of where you're going, what matters less is how you actually get there, as long as you know it's not going to be a straight line. So rather than worrying about, okay, what do I need to do today, to do tomorrow, to do the next day, if you kind of have that clear sense of This is where I want to end up, and every day, every hour, every month, I will try and do my best to head in that direction and get there. And then when you look back once you get there, you'll see that the path you took was not the one you expected, but eventually you ended up where you wanted to be.
