Peter Sorgenfrei examines how your dominant thoughts shape your experience of life, drawing on Gurdjieff's ideas. He argues this isn't about manifestation but about where your attention goes, and suggests redirecting obsessive thoughts toward what you actually want more of.

Gurdjieff said our life always expresses our most dominant thought. By that he meant whatever it is that we're thinking, it kind of comes through. I don't think he was talking about manifestation or anything like that. I think he meant that if we're focused on something, if we're— our thoughts are dominated by specific things, that is how we will experience life. Those things will be the things that we see. Even though they don't necessarily are true. So what are the dominant thoughts in your mind this morning? What is it that you're obsessing about? And is that what you want to, uh, to be your life? If not, perhaps try to address those thoughts and think about something else that is more what you want more of in your life.
