You don't find yourself, you build yourself through deliberate choices: what you consume, who you're around, what you study, how you spend your time. Change your environment and habits to change who you become.

George Bernard Shaw said, life is not about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself. And it talks to the choices that we make, what we put in our heads, what media we consume, whether we go for morning walks like this one, the people we spend time with, the subjects that we study, the work that we undertake. Yes, we are discovering ourselves in some way. In that regard, I kind of disagree a little bit with the With Mr. Shaw, but it is really about creating yourself. It's about making choices, doing things, spending time with people that create the person, that create the life that you want to have. And so if you are not in a situation where you're doing the things that move you towards where you want to be, start thinking about what you need to change. It might be your environment, it might be the things you consume, it might be the exercise routine. All of those things will help you create the life that you want.
