Alan Watts said, people often fail to live because they're always preparing to live. And I think we all can recognize this idea of living in the future, like looking forward to the weekend, looking forward to the vacation, planning when we make it to a certain point in our career or when we work out that relationship that we so desire. The reality is, If we just live where we are, what's going on right now, experience the things around us, enjoying the people that we're with, enjoying our, our job or whatever we do for, for money, um, then we actually live instead of preparing for some future life that may or may not come. It is more about trying to live and enjoy and be where you are right now.
