Are you long on ideas and short on execution? If you're like most entrepreneurs that I know, you have a bunch of ideas popping around in your popcorn brain, and there's a ton of things that you want to do, but getting them done is something that you might struggle with. Or at least you could start them, but you don't finish them. Here's a couple of ideas how to change that. The first one is to rank everything in order of priority. And no, not everything is equally important. Write down the things that you want to do or the ideas that you have. And then rank them in order of importance. And what should be a measure of importance? Well, it could be what generates revenue. That's relevant for some. It could be what brings me the most joy. It could be what does somebody else expect of me if you're working in a context where that is relevant. Prioritizing everything you need to do allows you to essentially take them in that priority instead of just having them popping around your brain.
