Viktor Frankl said, love is the only way to grasp the innermost core of another human being. Viktor Frankl, of course, was the guy who wrote A Man's Search for Meaning after spending time in the concentration camps during the Second World War. And what he means is the only way to truly understand somebody is to approach them with love, regardless of whether they are your tormentor, like he experienced, whether they are a colleague who is ticking you off, whether it's your partner who doesn't understand what you're trying to do together, having a conflict, the only way to understand what's going on on the other side is through love and being open and ready to try and understand them.
