Mark Nepo said, the deeper we move into our own hearts, the more the world makes sense. And it's about knowing yourself, right? So the closer you are to who you are and what your values are, the easier it is to kind of make sense of the world around you because you don't live over in somebody else's reality. You don't try to adhere to somebody else's values. You essentially live in your own heart and therefore the world does indeed make more sense.
