We all have regrets, and it's pretty easy to list them. So I started thinking about the things that we don't reject, and number one on that list obviously is spending time with people that we love. I think number 2 is spending time on working on your business or on your career, not just in your business or in your career. Number 3 could be not regretting getting exercise or going for a walk or taking some time to take care of your physical health or mental health. 4 is probably you won't regret taking additional education or learning something. Those were 5 things that I thought we would not regret doing more of.
