Alan Watts said, stop measuring days by measures of productivity and start experiencing them by a degree of presence. We all talk about how much stuff did I get done today, or I didn't get all the things needed that I needed to get done done. What about thinking about, was I where I was supposed to be today? Was I with the people that I was with? Was I with myself in the way I wanted to be? Rather than measuring whether or not you sent a lot of emails or had a lot of meetings. Start measuring or start experiencing whether you're present with the people you're with.
