I was going for a walk with a friend the other day, and we walked on a street here in Copenhagen that we don't usually go on, and we started looking up at the building rather than looking down at the sidewalk or down at our phones as we typically do. We started looking up at the structures to see the things that are up above, and what that does is it changes your perspective literally and figuratively, right? Because when you raise your gaze, you start seeing things In a different perspective, obviously, and you start thinking about different things than the things that are just on your mind. Try this today as you're walking somewhere, in a forest, on a street, wherever it is. Try to raise your gauge and see what it does to the way that you're thinking about the things that you're thinking about.
