This is a YouTube video titled "Self Talk" (created 2025-07-10) containing a short motivational monologue by a single speaker (labeled SPEAKER A). The speaker addresses negative self-talk, urging listeners to practice self-kindness, use positive internal dialogue, and maintain a belief that things will work out.
Negative self-talk. The way you talk to yourself directly influences how you feel. And it sounds so obvious and we all know it's bad, yet we all do it. If you wake up one morning and you're feeling sorry for yourself or you're thinking that things are not going your way, maybe it's your business, maybe it's your relationships, maybe there's something else bothering you, just remind yourself to be kind to yourself. Talk positively to yourself about all the things that you've done, all the things that you've accomplished. And have a belief that things are going to work out. And I know it sounds kind of corny and it sounds super motivational to say, but it's true. Think about how you talk to yourself and that will directly impact how you feel.
