Walking around hating somebody, being angry with something consumes you in negative ways. All of a sudden, you're more— you're short with people, you're more angry in general. Whereas if you walk around thinking positive thoughts, Loving life, loving people, being kind. It kind of lifts you up. It gives you a spring in your step. It changes your mood.
