Being a CEO is one of the loneliest jobs in the world, right? Because you feel like you have to know everything and be the strong person in the room. You can't be vulnerable to the people around you. And one of the ways to deal with that is to find a peer group. So find other CEOs with whom you can relate and talk to about the things that are happening in the business that you don't feel you can talk to others about. Another way, of course, is to work with a coach, somebody like me, where you can confide in and discuss the things that you feel insecure about or uncomfortable talking to others about. So you're right, being a CEO is super lonely, but it doesn't have to be. There's a bunch of people who are ready, willing, and able to be there for you and help you on that journey.
