Fabian Friedrichsen's idea that planting a seed doesn't give you fruit immediately. Every action, from gym reps to conversations, is an input with delayed output. Patience and consistent effort matter because results come later, not now.

Fabian Friedrichsen said, the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit. And of course, it's the input and output equation, right? When we do something, it's not necessarily the same day that we get the results. Similar to going to the gym, we put in a bunch of reps, but we don't necessarily get strong the first day we go. And that also goes for anything else that we do in life, whether it's the conversations we need to have with ourselves, or the conversations we need to have with those around us. We seed the, the plant today by having those conversations, and then we will reap the fruit over time.
