Ernest Hemingway said, the first draft of anything is shit. And he knows a thing or two about writing stuff. This morning, before I went on my walk here, I go and get a coffee, and the guy who was manning the coffee station this morning immediately said, I've actually not been trained in making coffee. This is going to be my first coffee I'm going to make. I'm not sure it's going to be good. I can give you a couple and you can try them. And he, he basically profusely apologized for his inexperience and that this was the first time he was going to make a coffee. And I said to him, hey, don't worry about it. Just have at it. Let's see how it goes. And he proceeds to talk about the fact that he feels insecure about this and he's doing it. And he makes a coffee and he— we joke about the latte art looking, well, not really like art. And it was amazing. And so I said to him, I said, listen, buddy, there's going to be a lot of firsts in life. Just go ahead and do it. And if people can't accept it and can't deal with the fact that you're new at something, it's on them. It's not on you.
