Seneca's advice on anger: delay your reaction. When you're angry, pause before you respond. That gap between feeling and acting is where better decisions happen.

Seneca said, the greatest remedy for anger is delay. It's another one of my favorite topics. If there's something that is bothering us, instead of reacting, taking the time to reflect and then responding is always a better strategy in my mind. Follow Seneca's advice the next time you're angry. Try to delay a decision or a reaction and see if you don't make better decisions or have better reactions after you've had time to reflect and then respond.
