JP Morgan, the OG banker, said the key to getting somewhere is to decide that you're not going to stay where you are. And by that, of course, he meant in order to make a change, you need to realize or decide that where you are and what you're doing is not the right thing for you anymore, and then make that change. And that's easier said than done. So what do you do if you think that something has to change? Well, what I do is I sit down, I draw a line on a paper from north to south, and then on the left side, I I write the things that I am not happy with, that I want to change. And on the right-hand side, I write down the things of what am I going to do about those individual items. Can I do something about it? How would I do something about it? And how quickly can that have an impact? And that's how I decide to change things that I'm stuck in.
