Stephen Levine said, the mind creates the abyss and the heart crosses it. We imagine all sorts of things, right? We imagine that we are not as close to each other as we think we are. With what's going on in the world today, and I don't want to talk just about religion and politics, but just in general, we create separation rather than create unity. And that all is in our mind. But when we then are in our hearts and feel our hearts, we actually can see that there is more humanity, that we are closer to each other, that we are more connected than we let our mind tell us that we are. So if that's you, if you're creating an abyss in your mind between yourself and someone else, maybe feel your heart and see if you can't create or gap that abyss and create a better connection. Thank you.
