There's a Lot of Aggressive Language in Entrepreneur Land - Easy Does It

Easy does it. So not a day goes by without us reading about a startup founder or somebody else saying, oh, we're killing it. You know, we're going to war. It's amazing. Full speed grinding. All these other sort of very aggressive words around building companies. My perspective is kind of easy does it. Why don't we, why don't we say, we're doing the best we can with the knowledge we have and the tools at our disposal. And we're trying to succeed in building our companies, or we're hoping to, you know, get to a certain point instead of using this very aggressive language. It's not healthy. And quite frankly, it's kind of idiotic to compare building companies to going to war or the war for talent and these kind of things that are obviously much more serious issues at play. So as you're thinking about your communication style and the way that you want to talk about what your company is doing, perhaps try using some more humane language and talk about how you're accomplishing what you, you want to accomplish.
