So urgent versus important. General Eisenhower had a matrix that had urgent on one axis, so not urgent or urgent, and important on the other axis, so important, not important. And whenever he faced a task, he would look at it and say, is this an urgent and important task? And he would do it immediately. If it was urgent but not important, he would reconsider. Or if it was not important and not urgent, he would delegate and not do. So that's something you can think about As you get a task across your table, is it important or not, and is it urgent or not? And if it doesn't fall in the important and urgent, you can plan to do it at a later stage and attack something else instead.
