Peter said, oh wait, that's me. It was kind of a joke. I thought of something I wanted to talk about today, which is what are my choices? Because whenever we're stuck, whenever we're in a situation that we don't really know how to get out of, we can either spiral into despair or frustration or anger, or we can do this: we can sit down and say, what are my choices? And then start writing it down. For example, I can do this thing. I can ask for help from this person. I can think about it in this different way. You know, I can delay it. I can do something about it right now. There are always choices and always things that you can do no matter what you're facing. But sometimes we don't see those options because we don't take a moment to sit down and ask ourselves, what are my choices?
