Decision fatigue drains mental energy from making too many choices daily. The fix: automate low-value decisions by setting fixed wake and sleep times, scheduling activities in advance, and planning meals ahead so your brain stays fresh for what actually matters.

This is another good one, decision fatigue. So how do we avoid getting tired of making so many decisions a day? I think most professionals have hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions to make a day, and a lot of them are made unconsciously, right? So the way that we walk to work or the thing that we choose for lunch or whatever, sometimes it just happens on autopilot. But the only way to combat that is actually to know What you don't need to make decisions about and what gives you energy rather than what drains you. So for me, I don't really make decisions about when I get up or when I go to bed. It's on autopilot. I don't make decisions about what I do in a certain day because it's all in my calendar, so I lean up against that. I don't have to make choices. And I also don't really make many decisions about what I eat because I basically plan ahead and have that all organized so I know exactly what I'm doing when. So a little bit of organization, a little bit of rigor and structure will help you avoid having decision fatigue.
