I think we all have those days where we wake up and we haven't gotten enough sleep. And maybe it's because we got to bed too late or had a little bit too much to drink, which disturbed our sleep. Or maybe it's because our partner is, is moving about in the bed. Or maybe it's young kids waking us up. Either way, our sleep is never going to be perfect. And so I am having a morning like that today, and I just have to remind myself, well, Tonight, I'm going to try to do better. I'm going to try and get to bed on time. I'm going to try not to have all those things influence my sleep. And with the children, well, that's a harder one, right? We can't necessarily control what they do, but we can talk to them about if they get up super early, maybe they try to be a little bit more quiet, certainly on the weekends, so they also understand that sleep is important not only for them but also for us.
