I've talked and written a lot about all the things I've learned at Toyota, but one of them is you're never done. So whenever we worked on something and we thought we were done, there was some kind of response that indicated, well, there's always improvement to be made, right? Continuous improvement is something that Toyota is known for. And the same thing goes for ourselves. And the same thing goes for our personal development. There's always iterations, always things we can do. And while that's great, we also have to remember sometimes to stop and say, well, right now I'm here. That's good. I don't necessarily need to improve or do something different tomorrow, but just know that I'm never done. And at some point in the future, I'll keep developing.
