Stop comparing yourself to others and wasting energy trying to be like them. Sieg Siegler says each person has unique abilities only they can use. The real work is turning inward to find your specific talents and traits, then building from there instead of chasing someone else's strengths.

Sieg Siegler said, you're the only person on earth who can use your capability or your ability. It reminded me of the fact that we're so busy comparing ourselves to somebody else, trying to be somebody else, that we actually never really learn what we're capable of, what our own abilities are, what our own facilities are. Rather than chasing around trying to be somebody else or be like them, maybe look inward. Think about who you are and what you're able to do, what you're capable of doing. And then focus on that instead of focusing on all the stuff around you and all the people who are biologically, mentally, physically— they're different than you. They're never going to be the same as you, so therefore they will do different things.
