Thought Leadership Handbook - Why we wrote it.

In this introductory video, the author explains the motivation behind writing the Thought Leadership Handbook. He observes that the term "thought leadership" has become overused and vague, being tossed around by individuals, keynote speakers, and large organizations without clear meaning. To address this, the book aims to provide practical, accessible language and frameworks that anyone—regardless of finance or MBA background—can understand and apply. Using a finance analogy about accounts receivable and invoicing systems, he illustrates how shared, concrete terminology enables effective communication. The handbook is intended for a broad audience, including individuals, thought leaders, speakers, and organizations, offering clear guidance that replaces jargon with understandable concepts.
