A short instructional YouTube video by Phil Risher explaining a simple three-question script technicians can use to solicit Google reviews. Risher frames the problem (technicians are scared to ask), provides exact wording for three conversational prompts (ask how service was, ask what could be improved, then request a Google review), and shows how follow-up feedback can guide future service improvements.

Are your technicians scared to ask for reviews? We just got off a call with a business owner, and he was saying that his technicians never ask reviews because they're just scared to ask. Well, here are three questions that you can ask to get more Google reviews, and it makes it very easy. The first question is, hey, how is everything with the service you received from me today? If they say, good, great. You could say, is there anything I could do better for next time? Second question. And then the third thing you can say is, great, thank you. Do you mind leaving me a Google review to let my boss know that I'm doing a good job? Pretty easy sequence, let's say you say, hey, how was everything with the customer service you received from me today? They say, yeah, it was fine. Great. Is there anything I could do better for next time? No, you know, it was really good. Awesome. Do you mind leaving me a Google review? If they say, yeah, it was good, but you could have done X, Y, and Z. Well, now you know, going into your next job, hey, I need to make sure I call this person beforehand. I need to make sure I wear booties in their house. I need to make sure X, Y, and Z. And so this is an easy way to guide you into that question, which is, do you mind leaving me a Google review? It's asking about your customer service. Hope that helps.
