Phil Risher says a lead is only useful if you capture their email address. Send a pricing guide via text and email, then secure a small commitment like a $50 cancellation fee to keep them from vanishing after the call.

You need to make like a pricing guide of us versus them and the difference, and you need to text that to them and tell them you're gonna text it and email it to them. You can't just let it one and done and then it's gone forever. You have to have some type of email capture, send them email pricing guide, and nurture it all the way through. Second thing that I would say is it's good to take a deposit, but another thing that you could do that's a little less friction is just put a credit card on file, and if you cancel, then it's whatever, $50 or something like that. It could be a little less. Either way is fine. I just seen both ways work. The capture of the lead is the most important part of that call because you will get price shopped out of price shopped and just be wasting hundreds of $200 for every call and you get 30 seconds and then it's gone forever.
