A lot of home service businesses are one system away from a whole different year, and that system is having a growth engine in their business. Traditionally, you just pay for some SEO and run some ads, and you think that that's a growth system. And the problem is you probably get frustrated by trying to figure that out, and it's very frustrating because you're just paying for outputs, SEO and ads. You're not paying for outcomes. The growth engine that I'm talking about has 3 parts. It has good data that makes good decisions, so you know your return on ad spend, you know what's working, you know your booking rate, your close rate, your average ticket. Second thing is automations. You have automation tools to make sure that you have lead nurture sequence, estimate nurture sequence, retargeting sequences, uh, website conversion tools. And then the third sequence is good marketing that's built on those things: data and automations. Once you have great marketing and you have the data, it's very easy to scale. The problem is that you're paying for outputs instead of outcomes.
