A simple customer referral program for your business #smallbusinessowner #shorts #marketing

If you're thinking about setting up a customer referral program, I'm going to lay out a very simple program for you here. Once the service is complete, whatever the service is, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, whatever it is, an automatic email needs to go out to the customer that says thank you so much for choosing us. If you know anyone else that's interested in this service, here's a coupon or voucher for $50 off. You can give it to anyone and what they need to do is share your last name and the last four digits of your phone number. When scheduling, or even just your last name or whatever unique identifier that you want to do. The last name is really good if you say, but if they have Williams or something like that, it can get a little bit confusing. But you give them this voucher last name. When they schedule, they give us the last name and then they get $50 off. On top of this, you also get entered into a drawing for $100Amazon gift card. If you refer one customer, you get one entry. If you refer 10 customers, you get 10 entries. It's a really nice way to incentivize them to share because the end user gets discount and then they also get entered into a raffle. Let me know if you have any other customer referral tips. Drop a comment below.
