AI isn't killing SEO, it's exposing the businesses that AI doesn't know. Before, someone could start a business yesterday, go do some keyword research, ask Claude to create the best SEO website possible, and slap something online. And they feel like that they're gonna game the system somehow and show AI that they're the number one company to recommend. So if you think that you can just go to AI and say, hey, make the best SEO website, or make the best SEO blog post, or make the best SEO whatever you want, and then it's gonna make the best thing and you're gonna magically be number one, everyone can do that. That's not the difference anymore. The difference is, can it actually trust your business? Can it actually trust your brand? Do you actually have authority online? And authority and trust is built, and it's not built by AI. It's built by true information. What you need to be doing right now is building from the fundamentals, the building blocks, which is what customer problems and questions are they asking? And how do you have a unique perspective on that? What story can you draw from? And tell that AI would never know about. Specifically, if you can use instances in your local area, like in this neighborhood, this builder did X, Y, and Z, and this is why all these homes have this issue. That content cannot be replicated by AI. This is truly how you win at SEO now. It's not about manufacturing rankings or making something look pretty. It's about building trust with these platforms by being the authority and the subject matter expert that you should be.
