A JobNimbus user has few automations running. The speaker recommends turning on lead nurture, which sends a follow-up message 24 hours after a new job is created, but warns against enabling estimate automation until estimates are actually being entered into the system.
It looks like we don't have many automations turned on. And if we're this busy and having trouble with the upkeep, I definitely would recommend getting them turned on. Just a reminder, like the first lead nurture goes out 24 hours after the job's created. And a job is like when a new client gets added into— we can send you a Loom going through them as a reminder, because I know it's been a little bit. I wouldn't recommend doing the estimate one right now if we're not even getting the estimates into JobNimbus, but the lead nurture, I would for sure just based off those 4 we just saw, if we turn the lead nurture on in here, then that at least is following up with the client.
