Automation won't fix a bad process, it'll just make the bad process happen faster. A very common automation is when someone fills out a form on your website, text them and email them right away asking for pictures and information. Problem is, if you still don't respond to their response, then you're gonna get even more upset customers and you're not gonna grow your business. Automation is great, but you still have to have a great process to pick up the pieces after the automation runs.
