If you can't respond fast, stop buying leads. You gotta stop the bleed. The bleed is you think that growing your business is going to come from just spending a bunch of money on ads. That's not going to fix it. You have to fix the bucket. If you keep pouring water into a leaky bucket, you're wasting money. Here's how you fix it. You need to go and audit two things. One, your intake process, typically called your booking rate. When a lead reaches out to your business, what happens? Someone answers the phone, they They fill out a form, what happens? You need to listen to your calls and build a call script and give it and hold your CSRs accountable. And also when someone fills out a form, you need to have a lead intake process. The second thing is your estimate follow-up process. When an estimate goes out, are you just relying on your sales guy is gonna follow up with them and then it's gonna close? That's one way to do it, but you should layer in automation on top with an estimate nurture sequence, maybe a CSR calls to see if there's any questions, and also the salesperson can do it. Before you spend more money on leads, fix these holes in your bucket and you will grow your business.
