The reason why we do that is to create a university for the company. So then you can hire good people that want to work, but you might need to train them a little bit or a lot, because we hear it a lot. Phil, I'm sure you hear it. Oh, I can't find good people. It's not a matter of finding good people. It's how you make good people. You are actually hiring people that want to work, that have the aptitude, they can actually have the skill to become technicians, and they align with your culture and your values. If you have those processes documented, then you can actually train them to do it your way. And it's a win win situation because you get wonderful people to work for you, and you also have that ability to train them according to how you want.
