Short spoken segment (YouTube) by Phil Risher advocating creating "win-win-win" scenarios where three stakeholders benefit: the business (must be profitable/sustainable), the employees (fair pay, opportunity, confidence, acceptable lifestyle), and the customer/business owner (receives value). The clip argues that all three must win for a healthy business.
Win, win, win scenarios. Everyone wins. The business wins, Flash, the employee wins, and also the customer or the business owner wins. We obviously Flash has to win in some regards. We have to make money. We're a business. Like, the business has to be around to be able to give jobs and help companies. The second thing is employees. The employees cannot feel like they're getting taken advantage of. They have to feel like they have opportunity to make a bunch of money, and they feel confident and happy with what they're making and, and also the lifestyle that's affording them. And the last one is, obviously, the business owner or the customer has to win. If they weren't winning and there was no winning for them, well, why would they be a customer? Why would you have any customers? So you have to create win, win, win situations.
