In two months, it's going to be too late to create an AI avatar. Here's what I'm saying. Every single home service business should have a knowledge base of information. There's a tool out there called NotebookLM where you can train an AI avatar language model on your business. The problem is that there's no data to feed it. You've never created an SOP or a process or gotten the stories out of your head business owners that you regurgitate every single day to your CSRs, to your salespeople. What you need to do is get all of the content out of your brain onto a document to create an AI avatar. NoteBookLM is a free Google app that you can create a language model for your business. You can give it to your CSRs, you can give it to your salespeople so they can ask it any question that they want based off of the content that's in your brain. And here's the secret. The reason why, if you wait two months and you don't build this out is because in 2026, there's going to be AI avatars of business owners talking on people's websites, creating content and answering questions in their sales process. And if you wait longer to create content, to educate these language models, you are going to be behind the eight ball and there's a land grab that's happening over there. And you're going to wish that you had this next year. I guarantee it. So when you think about AI avatars, large language models creating content, it all goes hand in hand and you don't want to wait. If you wait two more months to create content for your business, you're going to be left in the dust because content is training large language models and content is what is going to carry people into the next generation of search. And right now, you might be sitting pretty on Google. You have a thousand reviews, you run some ads. Social media is just all likes and shares and none of our customers are on Facebook. I get it. I was there. However, it's changing in the next two to three years. And the longer that you wait to start creating content for your business, the further behind you're going to be when everything shifts over to AI search and social. On top of that, you're not building brand, you are just on a platform and saying, google Gods, please send me leads. So the longer you wait, the further behind you're going to get.
