Facebook ads are for lazy business owners. Every time home service businesses run Facebook ads, I hear the same exact thing. They are tire kickers, they are price shoppers. And people still do it because they're just throwing money at Facebook because they think everyone run Facebook ads. It's easy to get leads, it's cheap leads on there. The problem is that they're sitting on their couch scrolling through Facebook. They click on your stuff and say, I'm curious, how much does this cost? What they really want is bottom of the funnel customers, customers that are sitting on their couch and say, I need to get my gutters clean. Let me go find a good gutter cleaning company. Where do I go? Not Facebook, I go to Google and I type in Google gutter cleaning company near me. Why would you want to be on Facebook when you be on Google where your actual high intent searches, people searching for the product or service that you offer are searching for. That's why you need to be in the four sections of the Google search engine results page. That's why Facebook ads are for lazy business owners because all you're trying to do is just throw money out there and you think that somehow you're going to be this magic lead generator and it's going to all make sense for $10 lead. The lesson is on social media that everyone's running Facebook ads and it's growing their business like crazy. You might hear stuff, it's probably a lie. There is no seven figure home service business that's just built on Facebook ads.
