Facebook leads aren't the problem. Your follow-up system is. The speaker breaks down why Facebook leads underperform compared to Google Ads leads, and why speed and persistence in reaching out matter more than the source.
The biggest thing about Facebook ads in just about every client we've had will say that these leads are difficult or they're tough or they stink. Now that is not 100% true. That is everybody's scapegoat for typically having infrastructure problems or follow up problems or sales problems. So I will never say that a Facebook lead is inherently garbage, because it's not. You can drive a lot of lead volume, you can accurately find the people that need your service. But the difference between a Facebook lead and, say, a lead that comes in through a Google Ad or through an LSA or through your Google business profile is that you pick this Facebook lead off the couch at 10 o' clock at night where they are adjacent to their problem for the most part. Where they say, I need to fix that landscaping, or we do need a new lawn care company. And then they submit their information. Whereas if I'm somebody who's actively searching for a new roof, I've got a hole in my roof, I need it fixed. And I find you on Google through your profile and LSA or a Google Ad, I am problem aware and chances are I'm trying to get you on the phone right now. Whereas on Facebook they're like, that might be nice. And then as the business, it's up to you to follow up quickly, follow up persistently and work that Facebook link.
