Receive several questions from clients about their Google My business Google Business profile. How exactly are you editing it? How can you see your reviews? How can you see your insights? How can you upload pictures? All those things. It's changing. It's always changing with Google. And in this video I'm going to show you the updates and what you can do. So when you go to google.com business, you can log into your account. We know we made another video about them getting rid of the app on the phone. And if you want to go in and add things, you either have to do it on Google Maps on your phone or you can do it on the back end of google.com business. Now they've gotten rid of that and so now you have to do it on the front end. So you can go here, you can sign into your account and what this is going to do is it's going to give you locate your locations. And then when you click on your location, it used to take you to another section that you could go in and edit. And it, and it had everything on the side over here and you could go in and now it actually just has it right here. Your business on Google. Google. And it has all your sections right here. And so essentially what you can do is if you want to add a photo, you can click here and you can add a photo right from here. What is this? If you want to go and read your reviews, you can click here and it opens it up and you can respond to your review, your reviews. If you want to see your performance, which this is one that we use a lot of and something that I would highly recommend. If you go to performance, you can go here and you can see what people are actually searching to see you like what, what are the actual queries? And so you can see your performance. So now there's, there's no more back end. It's all now on the front end of Google Search. And so if you were to search a company that you do manage, it's going to pop up right here. So you no longer have to go to google.com business and sign in and go to this back end thing. One of the questions that we get is, okay, well how do I add you now as a user? So when you get here, you can go to this three buttons and you can go to your business profile settings and then you can add new managers, you can remove this profile, you can link profiles to like your ads accounts and those types of things. And so now it's all right in here. So things are changing. Another thing that's changing is actually posting an update. And again, this is going to be on your Google business profile. It's manually being added like this. So that's these sections right here, your updates. And so they want you to be using Google Search as an interactive tool and not have a behind the scenes functionality. And so those are the updates that have happened. If you like this, hit a thumbs up. If you like this update from Google or you don't like it, drop a comment below. I'm curious to get the community's thoughts and people's thoughts about is this a good update? I personally don't like the update. I'm more of like a backend guy. I like to have everything nice and neat and organized all on one end of like these are all of our clients and this is everything that we do now. We kind of have to just manage it like this. There's not really like a business backend for all of our accounts. There still is, but I feel like they're getting that, going to get rid of that and eventually it's going to be like this. So I'm not for it. But those are the updates. Um, yep.
