Phil Risher identifies the "3 Vendor Trap" that keeps home-service business owners stuck: juggling a CRM, a piecemeal tech stack, and a marketing agency forces them to manage vendors instead of growing. His company consolidates these into one integrated platform so owners can focus on scaling.

I got stuck writing this part of my book this morning. It's called the 3 Vendor Trap. For home service business owners between $1 and $10 million, there's a 3 Vendor Trap that they all fall into. They have 3 vendors. They have a CRM that they're trying to make sense of the data. They have an automation tool or tech stack that they're trying to piecemeal together, Zapier and all this other stuff. And they have a marketing agency that they're running point on exactly what they do. They're emailing in, telling them what to do, or waiting on responses. Those 3 vendors trap home service business owners because they can't scale because they are the point person on all these pieces. This is exactly why I built my company to solve this problem for them so that way they don't have to be the ones driving all of the outcomes. They can be the ones that's helping grow the business without actually doing the work.
